Our guided meditation classes and one-on-one sessions use Primordial Sound Meditation, a technique that incorporates specific sound or mantra-based meditation practices to help quiet the mind. You will receive your custom mantra at our first session.
This practice helps guide awareness inward and supports deeper states of relaxation and presence.

Immersive Meditation with InHarmony
Clients can also experience guided meditation using the InHarmony Meditation Cushion system.
