Brian trained his body at extreme altitude — including a summit of Everest — and experienced firsthand what frequency, sound, light, and electromagnetic therapies can do for human recovery and resilience. Vanessa spent two decades studying Ayurveda, yoga, and the healing wisdom traditions that modern science continues to validate. What you'll find in this studio is the intersection of both.

As part of your visit, you’ll receive a complimentary Heart Rate Variability (HRV) scan. This simple, non-invasive measurement provides insight into your nervous system—how your body is managing stress, recovery, and overall balance. It gives us a helpful baseline so we can better tailor your experience and, if you choose, track progress over time.

From there, we’ll introduce you to our core modalities, including sound and vibration therapy, red and infrared light therapy, PEMF, BrainTap, HRV and bioenergetic testing, and other recovery-focused technologies. We’ll walk you through how each works in clear, practical terms so you can understand what may be most supportive for your body and goals.
