Vibroacoustic Therapy in Holladay, UT
What is Vibroacoustic Therapy?
Feel Recovery From the Inside Out
Vibroacoustic Therapy combines therapeutic sound and gentle vibration to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and support deep relaxation. Delivered through our inHarmony Sound Lounge, Meditation Cushion, and Zero Gravity Chair, this immersive experience allows your body to feel sound—not just hear it—creating a unique pathway to recovery and restoration.
Vibroacoustic Therapy uses specially designed low-frequency sound waves that are converted into gentle vibrations throughout the body. As you relax comfortably in one of our inHarmony systems, these frequencies work alongside soothing music and guided meditation to create a deeply immersive sensory experience.
Unlike traditional relaxation methods, vibroacoustic therapy engages both the auditory and tactile systems simultaneously, helping many individuals experience a greater sense of calm, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.
While building the studio, we sought out technologies that went beyond temporary relaxation and genuinely supported nervous system recovery. After extensive research, we chose inHarmony because of their commitment to combining sound, vibration, mindfulness, and emerging science into experiences that are both approachable and impactful.
The inHarmony Sound Lounge, Meditation Cushion, and Zero Gravity Chair allow our clients to experience therapeutic vibration throughout the body while engaging the mind through guided meditation and immersive audio. This combination creates one of the most effective and enjoyable ways to support stress resilience, restorative sleep, and overall well-being—making inHarmony a natural fit for our mission of helping people recover, regulate, and thrive.
